We’re looking for a flexible and versatile person to join our team as our Marketing and Brand Manager. We are a short-term rental/vacation rental property management company headquartered in Panama City Beach, FL. We are growing quickly and looking to add some more talent to our team to help us manage our marketing goals and social media presence, increase our conversion and repeat booking percentage, and increase engagement with guests.
This person would be responsible for the growth of our company and brand utilizing outbound sales and marketing channels and techniques. Ideally, this person would be located in the Florida Panhandle. To be successful, this person will need a strong working knowledge of the vacation rental industry, sales techniques, extremely strong communication skills, knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms, an in-depth understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, and the ability to use technology like an expert.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to include promotions.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure campaign performance.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaigns and sales trends to report on what is working and what isn’t.
Develop and maintain an internal database of information and leverage it to increase touchpoints with previous guests or analyze the data to develop a new targeted campaign, if appropriate.
Report monthly to the executive team on current campaigns and their success as well as planned future campaigns.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns, targeted or broad, and own the implementation of these campaigns from creation to execution.
Experiment with a variety of techniques and outlets such as Facebook and other social media, Chamber of Commerce, Realtor Meet-Ups Events, etc.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties you interact with through email, phone calls, texts, and in-person.
Prepare and monitor a marketing budget specific to you and report back on your needs and wants to return success.
Prepare and oversee the creation of marketing material for use in your role, within established company guidelines.
Work closely with the Director of Business Development to create collateral and marketing campaigns targeted to property owners.
Design, or redesign, public-facing company documents to make them more appealing as well as be the final say in company-created branded documents and items.
Assist Business Development with crafting the written copy descriptions and headlines of new properties, or tweak existing copy to increase conversion.
Capture and edit photography of new properties using our camera systems while maintaining best practices to produce high-quality and eye-catching listing photos.
Manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
Respond to guest reviews when applicable across multiple platforms and portray the high standards of our brand.
Demonstratable experience in marketing and, preferably, in the vacation rental industry.
Ability to learn quickly and without considerable repetition.
Expert knowledge of use of general computer systems like email, Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar, Zoom, etc.
Experience with vacation rental photography and the use of the Matterport Pro2 camera system.
Experience with Photoshop and other Adobe products.
Preferred: Experience with a CRM and VoIP phone system.
Preferred: Experience using Mac products.
