What the Application Developer Does
Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization in all phases of the development process including requirements development, design, development, testing, deployment and support of software.
Builds and designs the front-end of from layout to function to meet our organizational business needs while striving to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Develops and manages well-functioning databases and applications which include development of reusable code and libraries.
Tests software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoots, debugs and upgrades software.
Designs, builds, tests and maintains data packages that feed business systems and applications.
Writes technical documentation.
Analyzes software and code for best practices and improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate degree in a relevant discipline.
Three or more years of experience as a full stack developer.
Proven experience with technologies, which include but are not limited to:
.NET desktop and web applications
SQL, or similar database experience
Knowledge of good software design and architecture.
Functional experience in establishing and maintaining appropriate security and standard of business development methodologies.
