Drum Workshop, (DW Drums), a legacy brand and global leader in the music industry, is hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination of event logistics, administration of clinician/partner relations and support of marketing department projects for all Drum Workshop brands. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Artist Relations and also takes direction from the CMO.
Your Day-to-Day as our Marketing & Events Coordinator

Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows and clinic tours
Research and hire vendors
Manage event badges/credentials as necessary
Assist with event staff scheduling
Assist with hiring artists for festivals/events and securing co-sponsors
Attend events as company representative and manage load in/load out as necessary
Assist with exhibit layouts, display items and graphics planning
Assure compliance with venue regulations, insurance requirements, staff and attendee safety and ADA concerns as necessary
Enter all event orders and coordinate with Inventory Control and Drum Production
Monitor and manage shipments for events and photo/video shoots
Coordinate return of event orders to appropriate location(s)
Manage event invoicing, expense reports and coding with Accounting
Book travel and venues for DW-Initiated clinics and events
Secure international visas as necessary
Support Director of Marketing & Artist Relations as needed
Assist with clinician, artist, industry and partner communications
Manage clinician applications and support requests
Maintain data for artist and clinician rosters
Coordinate clinic materials
Assist with clinic/event budget monitoring
Coordinate with Social Media and Public Relations regarding promotion of clinics and events
Assist with Marketing Department calendars and scheduling
Coordinate initiatives with DW Music Foundation as necessary
Coordinate International Marketing updates and communication

Other duties as assigned . Requirements:
What You Bring as our Marketing & Events Coordinator

3+ years of events and/ or marketing experience
Demonstrated project management experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Ability to manage multiple projects on a fast-paced schedule
Ability to envision the bigger picture while maintaining an eye for detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and manage self as well as others
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
