Key Responsibilities

Maintain recruiting and HR platform
Maintain hiring email account and correspondence with potential team members with 24 hour response time
Screen candidates and work alongside the People Director to select potential team members
Complete new hire onboarding process according to procedures set forth by Operator and People Director
Maintain team member evaluation tracking system and update as needed
Maintains Berlitz training program for team members and leaders
Leads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program for organization with the goal of ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
Educate team members and leaders on Team Member Handbook policies create maintain accountability systems
Maintain Team Member files including Disciplinary forms, paperwork, and government documents
Gather information from leadership team for team member evaluations
Place uniform orders and create system for organized distribution
Assists the Talent Team in executing team member quarterly events
Assists the Talent Director in executing monthly team member appreciation based on annual culture calendar
Executes team member celebrations based on People Director quarterly plans
Assist Talent Director in identifying talent pools in the community and recruiting events.

Full time hours are available to work in operations

After college, Lauren began working on the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Covington-Highway 190 where she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. She then went on to work for Chick-fil-A, Inc. leading successful teams across the U.S. as a Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager before being selected as an Owner/Operator in 2016.
