Position provides administrative support HR Staff in a wide range of HR tasks that may include, but are not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation and Benefits Planning and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Serves as the focal point for processing and submitting HR transactions, including separations, transfers and promotions.
Collects data, prepares and maintains related statistics and reports utilizing HR information systems for HR initiatives and projects.
Prepares complex presentations, documents and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Products.
Required: High School Graduate or equivalent
Required: 3 years in Human Resources support role
