The Role
This role partners most closely with an Operations Manager in support of two Partners and is highly involved in client relationships, the logistics of consulting and coaching engagements, client offsites, and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling your Partners and project team to be focused on the most important objectives. This involves supporting multiple client engagements while also managing a variety of internal operations projects that touch every part of the firm. Utmost professionalism is important, but also a casual comfort in your capabilities.
Our SF-based team has returned to the office one day/week.
This role centers around the following responsibilities:

Administration

Work closely with an Operations Manager providing direct support around managing scheduling, priorities, business development communications and opportunity tracking, and project logistics
Heavy scheduling and calendar management for two Partners in our Consulting practice.
Support Operations Manager in LinkedIn maintenance and postings, and other marketing-related activities
Support Operations manager in all business development operations (top 100 list creation, adding contacts to HubSpot, reach-out campaigns and tracking)
Prepare expense reports, organize inboxes, and other Partner-related administrative support

Project Management

Support Operations Manager in event planning for client offsites including space rental, catering, AV setup, and coordinating with client teams, including occasional travel to client site
Support Operations Manager in planning quarterly Trium Team offsites
Support Operations Manager with client-related diagnostic administration (360s, team surveys, and Enneagram)
Work with our travel agent to support travel arrangements for two Partners
Build effective relationships with the support staff of our clients

Operational Improvement

Work with the larger Operations team to increase the impact and effectiveness with internal processes, business development, and delivery of client work
Be seen as a credible and reliable go-to resource on project and event logistics
Collaborate, partner, and pitch in: Everyone on the Trium project team, regardless of position, title, or experience, is fully accountable for helping our clients achieve their desired outcomes
