Rate: 18-24/hr

Job Functions

Collect proper new hire documents, separations, and processing of manual checks.
Provide team members assistance with benefit enrollment, changes, plan benefits inquiries.
Assist in personnel file audits and maintenance of all records and filing of records.
Provide support in inter-office mail delivery and supply request and delivery.
Payroll processing, conducting wage and meal rest period and hour audits
Assist in background checks and orientation.
Assists with strategies talent retention and training
Researching and applying applicable laws and regulations in order to provide advice and guidance to employees
Manage the internal HRIS system (ADP) requests.
Assist with benefits eligibility reports and ongoing enrollment notifications
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of HR experience or similar role
BA Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or another related field
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or TotalSource preferred

Skills

Good interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
Good organizational skills and detail oriented
Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Preferred Qualifications
